Sunny Day. Enjoyable Ride. but I can't jonit it I have to train my running for the next sunday my half marathon run. Is a though run for me. Ha Ha All The Best For Me And Cheers !!
Rode 71km to Pantai Acheh and back. Hot weather, strong wind, sore thighs! Finished the ride at 11.15am.
Glad to meet deswyn on the way. I blew my top on the way to Tlk Bahang, no thanks to lack of sleep a night before!
Met my fellow roadie buddies too on my way back from Pantai Aceh. Haven't seen them for ages and realized that were their first rides in two years. Invited them to join G Club in future if they are looking for another easy spin. Met few riders on MTB on the way too. One of them decide to give me a bang for a a buck by tailing me behind and overtaking me before the traffic light at Gurney. Naah, too tired to follow and decided to have an easy spin on Gurney before heading Pulau Tikus.
