So after one and the half months of lazing around doing nothing but tendering my injured wrist I decided to go hiking!
The first is always the hardest. That 27 minutes hike from Youth Park to No. 7 really felt like I was scaling the Mt. Everest! Those flights of stairs really take my toll! Never before I puked when struggling up to No. 7! It was better this evening. Still puff and huff going up. But it was much better. 24 minutes. 20 tomorrow? Yeah I wish. Dream on, dream on!
Hmm...time to climb back to saddle? Not yet. Checked my wrist. Still blue black at the area where it hurts the most. Friend of mine suggested tried acupuncture, saying it should help to clear the clogged vein.
I'll see how it goes. But definitely hopefully that I will be able to resume my training for IS2010!

turbosnail,
Have you consulted with a medical doctor yet?? what did the orthopedic say??
It's recovering. If not you won't see me typing now....;)
I can use my right hand now. But not to the extend of holding bicycle handle bar going through the rough terrain on singletrack or zooming down to Balik Pulau at 70kmh hehe....
I am looking forward to starting my training soon, very soon!
