Perth

This trip back to Oz was more of a bike-related finding trip. I was more interested in looking for signs which may be applicable to Penang. (Might be applicable but might not be do able ).

Landing into Perth, watching the glorious sunrise is always one of my simple pleasures in life. (I am easily pleased ).

Just to whet your appetites............Lunch at Cicerrelo's, a very popular seafood restaurant.

That's Burswood Casino. In Perth, no gambling machines are allowed, except at the Casino, unlike the Eastern States where you can find them in almost every suburb which has any sporting or RSL Clubs.

This is actually a spiral bike path which allows you to go up to a bridge to cross from one side of the freeway and down to the other side.

This is a purpose-built bike/pedestrian bridge, built below a bridge. Excellent to ride on. No cars, no sun, beautiful scenery. (Couldn't take photo of the river as the sun was in the wrong place).

We were only in Perth for a week and only managed to cycle for about three days. We hope to do more next time we are there.
